Background:

SANAD is pleased to host a half-day Inclusive Leadership Workshop during the Sanabel 2026 Conference in Egypt. The session will bring together senior and middle management from financial institutions across MENA to explore inclusive leadership strategies and introduce the SANAD Women Leadership Program.

The workshop will cover:

• Practical tools to promote inclusive leadership and dismantle barriers to women’s advancement.

• Introduction to the SANAD Women Leadership Program, an initiative to support women in middle and lower management roles of the financial sector through mentorship, training, networking).

• Peer learning and dialogue on gender equity.

• Allyship and inclusive governance.

• Gender diversity as a driver of performance and innovation.

Led by a gender-inclusive leadership expert, the session will include participatory methods, case studies, and networking.
