Exhibitor Fee $3000 (to be paid before Oct 1, 2015)
Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation requests received in writing before Sept 01, 2015 will be refunded 100%.
  2. Cancellation requests received in writing before Sept 15, 2015 will be refunded 50%.
  3. Cancellation requests received in writing before Oct 1, 2015 will be refunded 25%.
  4. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations as of Oct 01,2015
*Group Rate Conditions
  1. To get the special group rate, registration for all the group members (5+) should be done on the same day.
  2. On the same day of the group registration, an e-mail should also be sent to finance@sanabelnetwork.org including: number of group members, participants’ names, titles, and their registration codes. (Please mention the organization’s name in the e-mail subject).

Please include in your payment:

  1. The total registration fees; wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant
  2. Your organization’s name as it appears in the reference section of your transfer
  3. Send an e-mail to:  finance@sanabelnetwork.org providing us with a copy of the bank application form you have submitted and the transaction confirmation number and include a detailed report of the fees. This way the Sanabel Conference Team can match your payment to the receipts received.
