PAYMENT INFORMATION

Self-employed / Students participants: NEW

• Pre-registration fees 300 $ ;  (before the conference)  
• During the conference fees (not Applicable) 

Conditions for approval (Please note that this category is subject to availability and prior approval);

For Students, they have to send to Sanabel;

• A copy of the Student ID (university ID)
• Copy of the passport

For individuals please indicate if;

• Self-employed
• Independent consultant
• Individuals with no affiliation to any organization

*Group Rate Conditions:

• To get the special group rate, registration for all the group members (3, 5, or 10+) should be done on the same day.
• On the same day of the group registration, an e-mail should also be sent to aali@sanabelnetwork.org including: number of group members, participants’ names, titles, and their registration codes. (Please mention the organization’s name in the e-mail subject).

Conference registration fees include participation in the 3-days of the conference, conference materials, coffee breaks on daily basis, lunch on the first, second and third day of the conference, a gala dinner on the second day of the conference, and optional field visits to a sudanian microfinance institution or its microentrepreneurs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1) All registrants can pay their funds directly into Sanabel’s bank account:

1. The total registration fees; wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant
2. Your organization’s name as it appears in the reference section of your transfer
3. Send an e-mail to: Mr. Ahmed Ali aali@sanabelnetwork.org with cc Mr.Sayed Hassan shassan@sanabelnetwork.org providing us with a copy of the bank application form you have submitted and the transaction confirmation number and include a detailed report of the fees. This way the Sanabel Conference Team can match your payment to the receipts received.

2) Pay online (select “pay online “option in the registration form on Sanabel Conference Website).

3) Payments for Egypt, Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Moroccoand Yemen:

Participants from Egypt, Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Morocco and Yemen may make payments directly to local “focal points” that are assisting Sanabel with the collection of registration fees. Please note the focal point will collect an additional $5/participant to cover wire transfer fees they will incur in sending funds to Sanabel.
