Considering this year’s conference theme “Human Capital in Microfinance: People, Passion and Value”, Sanabel will be recognizing MFI staff members who are exceptional performers in the opening ceremony. While it would be impossible to claim that selected individuals are the “best in the region” given the thousands who work tirelessly to serve microfinance clients, we would like to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of those who work in the industry. Some of these recognized MFI staff members will be participating in panel discussions and will share their experiences and successes with other Sanabel conference participants.
