Handicrafts are a vital part
of Syria’s culture and a trip to Syria would not be complete
without seeing a beautiful selection of these handicrafts.
During the conference, Sanabel will host a microentrepreneur
souk bringing the best Syrian artisan microentrepreneurs
together at the Convention Palace in order to provide
conference participants the opportunity to chat with
microentrepreneurs and to purchase local crafts and souvenirs
without having to leave the conference venue.
 Clients from First Microfinance Institution (FMFI), UNDP Rural Community Development Program at Jabal Al Hoss, Firdos, Bidaya, Ministry of Agriculture and Public Corporation of Employment and Enterprises Development will be participating in the souk. Items to be sold include:
