• Above net rates are quoted in USD and including 3% Residence Fee and 17% VAT. Credit Cards are not accepted in Sudan as a method of payment. Alternate payment arrangements can be made with the Hotel, if arranged prior to check in of guest. Otherwise a cash deposit will be requested upon check-in, consisting of the cost of the room for the total length of stay, inclusive of taxes. Please ask for bank details for bank transfer of room charges, and your guest will settle all other charges in cash.
• A complimentary breakfast buffet is included with every room booking in the Mugran Restaurant on the 16 floor. Complimentary wireless internet connection in the room and complimentary Wifi throughout the stay in our Nile River Café on the lobby level.
• Check-in/Check-out: check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs (Noon). Early check in should be booked from the previous night. Check out until 18.00 hrs will be subject to a 50% surcharge on the room rate plus applicable taxes. Check out after 18.00 hrs will be subject to a full room rate plus applicable taxes. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are always subject to availability on the day.

Passport Registration: All foreign guests have to register their passport with the Immigration Department after the arrival. The hotel provides this service at USD 50 per Passport

There are only a certain number of rooms blocked for conference participants. Please make your hotel reservations as early as possible and state that you are attending the Sanabel Conference in order to obtain a room at the above special rates.
